Commodore Construction has been able to establish itself in the ever-changing construction industry. Through our emphasis on repeat business, we have been able to be a part of many new and exciting projects. Please take a look at some of the latest projects that we have been awarded and short list of some high profile projects that we are currently working on now.
NY Law School
We were recently awarded all of the Superstructure Concrete work for this new 213,000sf academic building in Lower Manhattan.
Crowne Plaza Hotel – 1600 Broadway
We are currently performing renovations for 770 Guest rooms and all of the existing Meeting rooms. Our work includes all Drywall, Ceilings, Concrete, Masonry and plaster related work.
NYU – Center for Comparative and Functional Genomics
We were recently awarded all of the masonry work for this new building addition off of Washington Square Park. This project is expected to start in December 2009.
Citifield – New York Mets
We are currently performing all Drywall and Ceiling related work for the Administrative offices for the new stadium in Flushing, Queens
Lincoln Center – Alice Tully Hall
We are currently performing all Superstructure Concrete work for the new soaring, three-story, all glass outer lobby and open public plaza at West 65th Street and Broadway.
